Had the 5th wheel all packed and ready to embark on a 5 hour trip, when we lost all power except for 12 volt. Couldn't bring in the slides, no AC. Made a quick trip over to Hopper RV in Jacksonville and spoke to Brandon. Explained the power loss and he told me it was most likely a converter charger issue. He had one on the shelf. He gave me detailed instructions on how to make the switch out from the old to the new and I relayed the information to my son over the phone while I was still at Hopper. Got back home with the new converter and my son made a quick change out and we were back in business. I appreciate the time Brandon took to help us out through this emergency. His detailed instructions and knowledge of the part and its purpose were a life saver for us. My son's family was on the verge of cancelling their entire RV trip, but thanks to Brandon and Hopper RV, they are now on their way! Thank you, Brandon and Hopper RV, Jacksonville, Illinois!
